RestoraLife Wellness delivers housing support and care coordination services to underserved populations, with a focus on justice-involved individuals, those experiencing housing instability, and members facing systemic barriers to long-term stability. Services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and designed to promote equity, dignity, and lasting impact across Southern California.

Housing Navigation & Retention
Assistance with securing and maintaining stable housing, including support with housing applications, landlord communication, and ongoing tenancy support.
Justice-Involved Reentry Support
Transition planning and care navigation for individuals exiting incarceration or detention, including coordination with parole, probation, and supportive services.
All Social Services Linkage
Connection to resources such as food access, transportation assistance, behavioral health referrals, employment support, and legal aid.
System-Level Collaboration
Strategic partnerships with hospitals, health plans, shelters, and reentry organizations to ensure comprehensive, wraparound care.
